Shows/Tardiness:
Efforts must be made by teams within each pool to adjust
team assignments for teams that do not arrive on time (i.e.
move the absent team #4 to team #2 if #2 has later start
time). Once the adjustment is made, one point per minute
will be deducted from the absent team until they arrive or a
forfeit is determined.
Teams that register on
the day of the event will be seeded behind ALL pre
registered teams
Team Players
Competitive Division: If signed up to play on a team in
the competitive division you must stay on that team - no
player swapping.
Recreation Division: Players may swap players if a team has
been eliminated from the tournament because of losing if
another team is short a player because they had a player
leave early they may place another player on their team only
if all the other teams in this division agree on that.
However a player may
not be signed up to play on more than one team.
Officiating:
At least one member of the team MUST be present for the
entire match. If no one is present to officiate, that team
will forfeit its remaining matches and may be penalized
further by the tournament director. If the two competing
teams mutually decide that they do not want refs, they may
waive the assigned refs responsibilities.
Weather:
The tournament director and Sideout's shall make all
final decisions as to whether or not an event will be
delayed or postponed. No event will be canceled.
