Waiver Agreement: Be aware that by participating in the program in our facility, you and all your teammates and their guests will be waiving and releasing all claims for injuries arising out of the activity that you and they will be a participant in. In registering for this tournament you are agreeing as follows: As a participant in Sideouts bar and Eatery, I recognize and acknowledge that there are certain risks of physical injury and I agree to assume the full risk of any injuries including death, damage or loss that I may sustain as a result of participating, in any manner, in any and all activities involving strenuous exertion or potential body contact are hazardous recreational activities and involve subsequent risks of injury. I agree to waive and relinquish any and all claims that I may have as a result of participating in this tournament against Sideouts bar and Eatery. All players must sign a waiver:
